Wild, that's actually the building complex that I live in! Before it was Seaman Corp it was the old Melm's Brewery and then Jacob Best Brewery. It doesn't get much more Milwaukee than that.

 

Can you quote the photo too? I would like to see which photo you are talking about.

 

Charles and Leonard Stobar patterns and models 7111 McDonald in Detroit in the mid 50s. The Stobar guys were involved in the early development of the Thunderbird? Not sure what they were doing to this Jaguar? Does anyone have an information on them?

The car, chassis number 60798, fitted with a Roi-des-Belges Barker built body, was tested on the 17th March 1909 and was a Monte Carlo trials car. It had three owners but its history ends after May 1919.
From the photo I am sceptical as to whether the Hon. Charles Rolls is the driver.
