    With ya, Gary! When I first saw it, I thought, "Must be a couple visiting Japan back in the '20s or '30s!" :rolleyes: Then I thought, HMMM! "Maybe that's the section of Stonehenge that they usually steer tourists AWAY from? :D

    Showed that VINTAGE pic to my young son. ;) He immediately said, "Well, I wonder how long it took for the builders to erect that statue." :D

    Vultee plant in Downey had it's own airstrip. It became North American Aviation for WW2 production. I worked there on the Apollo program 1963-'67.
