This Vauxhall study is fun. Everyone's ideas have taken a different theme.

Gotta be more fun than "paint this multicoloured primed car, half parked in heavy shadow, in blue and in white and a version in green, and with a black roof and I want to see six different kinds of wheels, with and without whitewalls...."

Ditto that. Its part of the reason I haven't been around much lately. That said, I've got a couple of ideas I'm kicking around for this car, hope to start in a day or so. I'm thinking of combining it with the best attributes of a '59 Cadillac...okay, no I'm not.:D

Ok wizards i have a project id like to see in the flesh if you could help.
I`d like to put the Mustang Connection Logo on the door of my mates old truck as a tribute to him.
I`d like to have the horse outline in chrome and the (mustang connection) in yellow with a black outline.
As for the ( the) and the ( compete restorations ) script i`m open to suggestions.
Thanks if you guys could help i`d really appreicate it.

I posted this truck a page or two back, I did not get that you wanted the stance changed but here it is again with the front lower. I did not save the PST file, not sure how as I save them all, so I am not gonna take off the scallops here it is with the scallops.

Im loosing my mind here, and most will hate this but could someone do a serious photoshop of a -52 Pontiac like the one I have done here?

Besides the most obvious I would like stretched rear fenders and looong skirts and maybe a smaller trunk?

Just want to take a peak if anyoune would like to show how it could look

How about posting the unchopped pic for us? I think I could do something radical along the lines you want, only ramped down a notch or two.

Ah right... doesn´t matter, I found this...

...and made this. Not exactly what you wanted, but this way it still looks like a coupe, and not so much like a flower car.

What do you think? You wanna be Batman? :)

Anybody wanna do a drop for me? I'm thinking I would actually have to raise the bed a little and chop off the headache rack in order to get it really low, so take that into consideration. I'm not gonna be cutting into the flatbed.

Annnnnd maybe black out the wheels while you're at it?

    'Preciate it guys!

  24. This car looks a lot like my falcon. I just had this feeling to see what it would look like if someone did a radical custom and made it two door no top/ bubble top and whatever else can be done. ImageUploadedByTJJ1362180103.349616.jpg

Funny that you would post THAT car, we went off on a tangent with it starting on page 549! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=300531&highlight=future&page=549

I started from scratch and essentially redesigned the logo to fit the truck.
I was not able to reproduce the typefaces (fonts) exactly, but used something similar. Assuming you are going to have this done at a sign shop, they should be able to create whatever typeface you like. But this should give you an idea.
