Vintage shots from days gone by!

That's from the Cushman collection at Indiana University. He was kind of a lech. There are several shots of this woman apparently taken that same day in the Marina District in SF. She looks pretty PO'ed in all of them. Here's another.

 

I've been having some issues with them recently too. Especially when trying to resize pics. They revamped the site and some of the same old problems they had before are now reappearing. I sent a complaint to 'em but their tech support has never responded. I use jpegs and have had no trouble uploading them. I tried Picasa awhile back, I might to back to it. Had no problems with it but I didn't use it a lot either.

I never saw the second pic you posted but I found that first one here on the HAMB probably on the previous/closed vintage shots thread maybe 3 or 4 years ago; it pops up every so often. Yeah the lady doesn't look too happy with the photographer, for sure. Your comments help confirm that look of near-disgust. Thanks for the background info.

Yep!----Definately a 1937 convertible--Also 1937 was the last year Ford made a roadster model, (removable windshield & posts).

 

i used to like watching the swamp buggy races from diamondP motor sports on TNN or maybe it was steve evans (i miss him good drag racing coverage died with him)
