Good Luck Dave, and The Team.
I'm excited, and it's not even my car.

Jo has been "rebuilding" engines, race cars, go karts, whatever in the meer MINUITES between Heat races and features since we were 10 years old.. (I was there doing the same).. Missing a deadline isn't an option. It doesn't happen. Whatever it takes, the car will be there. I have no doubt.

See you guys Wend. night/Thurs morning to wrap up a few little details.

Damn... I don't think Thursday is ever gonna get here. Gettin' kinda excited.

I've seen a couple of things that lead me to believe that I'm gonna be blown away when I see this thing all buttoned up.

Tomorrow is going to be a very long day.

GPS says I'm at Cobo at 6:00. Going to unload out on the curb. Sure could use a hand if any hambers at cobo are reading this.

Well, yesturday was a long day with 12 hours on the road and few hiccups here and there. The car looks great and I am stoked to see my vision come to reality. I want to give a big thanks to Jo and a few of his buddies for the last minute thrash. abig thanks to Josh Shaw for lettering up the gas tank and grill insert. He also did some nice subtle pin stripping. Killer stuff for sure!!!

There are still a few things that need buttoned up, but she is here and looking good.

That said, I'm ashamed I don't have any decent pics to post, so you will have to settle for these for now.

I took a bunch of cell phone pics, but they all turned out shitty - black car in terrible lighting. I'll try to get some better ones today

Unfortunately, I haven't been sleeping well so I'm already running on fumes and the weekend is just getting started. :(

Glad you made it safe and sound Dave. I can't understand why you haven't been sleeping well ..... it's only a car:D:rolleyes: Enjoy the weekend with your new baby!

  26. Awesome to see this one come to fruition! Any footage of it moving under its own power would be killer as its stance just begs for speed. As a Nailhead lover, I'm excited to see this one come out as sinister looking and sounding as it has.
