    Gents,

could i ask for some different color schemes and hubcaps? trying to get some ideas. I'm not looking at shaving everything off the car, but a mild custom look.

    thanks

I had another member here do a sweet image on how it would be dropped, but here it is in its current form.

what would you do? Thanks again!

Stock Buick Wires, slight lowering, and I made the rear wheel wells match the fronts.

This is someday, maybe sometime…. I'm thinking about running a tailgate off of a '60
El Camino to use for a trunk deck.

Morris 1000 "hockey sticks" and grille top, sidelights, and larger headlights relocated to the low-light position. Note that the '56-on grille panel is narrower than the early type. To my mind it's a more elegant shape, though.

How about a chopped mini Ute? With a 318 in it this would makes a good parts chaser, as long as they were small parts.:D

    Perfect!

My only question before I start is do you want the pipe coming though the fender/wing, under the edge of it, or out of the wheel well itself? (just to be clear on what you are asking)

As you see in the pic its already coming out of the front wing, that would be the way i would have to go with it being on the floor with the air ride system

so i would like it coming out the same place and along the side of the running board and kicking out the front of the rear wing if possible please ?

2" would be great as was going to mount them on the side of the boards with rubbers and maybe wrap them in white exhaust wrap or polished stainless as havnt made my mind up yet

    many thanks again
    Matt :D

Will have this project here this weekend and the first thing in mind is chopping the roof. I am thinking real aggressive/radical chop or something much lower in the rear and maybe going hardtop? I dunno...

I was planning to keep the stock back window rather than doing a shoebox or chevy back glass, etc and just really lay it down hard and massage the pillars and such...thoughts? The car is going to stay slammed or possibly rasied a bit in the front for a taildragger look full time. Full shaved, maybe some different rear quarter sheet metal and tails, etc.

Any photochoppers in here want to take a stab at giving me ideas on different style chops? Looking for any and all ideas.

    Thanks

this is my take on the chop, i don't think you can lay the back window enough to make the radical chop you want
