    Obtained my name Grumpy while in Viet Nam and it stayed with me. I am a retired Federal Express truck mechanic and have been building cars since the age of 10.

    Rods I have built mainly consist of Fords and Chevys. I do my own frames, engines, electrical work. When I was a few years younger I did my own painting.

    Originally from Maryland my wife and I spent 9 years in Florida before retiring to South Carolina.

    We enjoy traveling and spending time with our grandkids.
