Great looking 36. Looks like a nice older restoration was done at some point. You have greatly improved it. Enjoy!

Perfect stance, and with wishbone intact. Done!
(Although you may want to consider the sway-bar in the future...)

Well, I've finally had some time in the last few weeks to finish up some of the loose ends on the coupe and can officially say it's on the road! Still have a few little things to work out with the brakes, install some rear shocks, put in a headliner and a few other things but for now... I'm stoked!

Big thanks to my buddy Chris (dullchrome) for helping me out with the brakes.

The wife and I took a cruise down to Laguna Beach on Saturday and snapped a few pictures. Driving it down to the Big 3 Parts Exchange down in San Diego in a few weeks so that should be fun. Now I'm ready to build a roadster. :)

I'd build just like you did. What's not to like on your car? Beautiful!

    RE "shorter rear bumper brackets"
What 35 or 36 model had shorter rear bumper brackets? I need to look for some or measure the ones I have.
    thats a perfect coupe!

Don't know if any of them had shorter rear brackets from the factory or not but there are a few companies out there in the aftermarket that make them. I got a pair from Rock Valley.
