This is my first real sheet metal project... Gotta dive in head first!

But my other project gets done first, I can't wait to get into this one!

Holy Crap! I thought I was crazy hoping to restore a couple of my cars! This wins the prize for sure!

Drove it like this for a few years....



Then finished it in 2006. Jag XJ6 suspension front & rear, 350/350 and all of the comforts of home that make my wife want to ride with me. Last year we went from San Fran to Bangor, Maine to Savannah, Georgia, Atlanta, Nashville, Memphis, St Louis and took Rt. 66 home....12,000 miles in eight weeks.

It's not a real car yet, but it's starting to look like one.

 

I'm still wondering what I was thinking starting this project.

50fraud, I really like what you have done to the forty. I am flailing along on a 53 Buick skylark.

 

This 33 Fordor was pushed into a Ravine by a Bulldozer in Northern Nevada and pulled back up outta there many years later, I got it ready to put back together as a stock Fordor,Divorce put the project on hold, it sat in primer for 14 yrs.then I decided to cut it up and do something different,so now it is a 33 Fordor Vicky Convertible Sedan
