Licensed in two states as an "Automobile Physical Damage Appraiser" - Auto Adjuster or whatever you want to call it. Also have licenses in two states to be an "all lines casualty adjuster" - but that is desk work

yeh i'm the "bad guy" who want's to put all aftermarket made in tiawan auto replacement parts on your car after it has been smashed up, and i argue about how much to pay you hourly and how many hours it will take you to fix that dent or - "no i'm not giving you 25 hours of frame time to pull the frame extension"
    :D

Na i'm usually pretty easy to get along with and only use made in tiawan crap on the 1989 Ford Escort with 264,000 miles on it.

It isn't that bad of a gig...winter's suck - cause everyone total's thier car.

Basically i drive around in a big 200mile circle everyday (in a company truck, thank god)

In the words of my retired supervisor-
"If they took reverse out of the car there would be 50% less accidents! and our job would be 50% easier" - yeh right

I work in a custom shop. Ken's Customs in Yuba City, CA. About 99% of the cars we do are fiberglass Cobra kit cars, with a few hot rods, customs, and muscle cars thrown in there too.

Reinforcing Steel contractor. C-50 license. I do rebar fabrication and installation primarily for the swimming pool industry. I do pools, spas, water features, ponds, foundations, block walls, etc. You would think I'd have more metal shaping and welding skills, but my industry is very specific to rebar. We cut it, bend it, and tie it using mostly hand tools. There is an art to it though.

I'm a Renovation Sales Coordinator for the Home Depot Supply, a business-to-business offshoot of the stores. Basically it's material sales to the multi-housing industry. I primarily sell alot of kitchen cabinets, countertops, and toilets. Alot of stress, but I am the master of my own schedule, I work from home, and get to drive around (great for checking out cars and parts running) to see my customers projects, so I'm not cooped up in an office.

50Fraud...that's rad, and thanks alot - I've been hooked on them bastards for years.....

I operated a tube mill for about 5 years. We made steel tubing of almost every size and shape known to man. There was a time when having bundles of steel clogging up the garage used to bother me....now that I have been out of there and the tubing is running out........

I went from there to landscaping for a while, fun but hard work.

Then I was a designer/ layout artist for a sign shop - did that for 5 years.

Now I do CAD work for a utilities company. Everything from civil, mechanical, GIS, electric diagrams, whatever....

I still dabble in graphic design and art in general - but just for kicks. I do 2d linework, 3d cad work, illustrations, sculpting and pinstripiing (well - I am trying anyways...).
