  1. Lately there's been a rash of vintage car ***les coming out of Missouri on ebay,Are these thing even transferable to a different state? they are asking $300-$700 for a "collectable" piece of paper, that seems alot of dough for a non-usable piece of paper to hang on the wall!! ;) Would the DMV even consider issuing a current ***le for a ***le dating from the 40's from a different state??

  2. you would have to check with your state DMV.....but i know Minnesota is getting more su****ious of old ***les

  3. yeah they've been cracking down the last couple of years,i'm not lookin for a ***le..i'm probably gonna jump through the hoops again (inspection, state issued VIN,reconstruct ***le,bond,yadda,yadda..)just curious about the DMV transfering a ***le from the 40's

I see that guy here on Chicago Craigslist, honestly, I don't think he is selling many of them. People like their freedom. Lol

Some states work,,some don't,,South Carolina insist on a ***le and as long as you have a ***le and a bill of sale you really don't have any problems. HRP

Unless you have the car that goes with the ***le, it's illegal to use on another car.
