Projects 59 chevy wagon in progress

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Cody Walls, Mar 23, 2010.

  1. "Only" six hours? It would take me 6 months! :) Cody, I bet there are Ridler contenders that don't have the level of thought and detail you have put into this thing. I continue to be more amazed by each update.

I know about America's Most Beautiful Hot Rod, is there a category for America's Most Beautiful Station Wagon? :D I don't think you'd have much competition, if any, with the way this build is progressing.

More great work Cody, glad to see you have targeted a date for the wagons coming out party. The next 5 months make for interesting reading on the build.

I purposely have'nt read your thread in awhile because I wanted to be blown away again by all of your talent and hard work. Man I was jonesin for a month or so and I finally gave in. Of course you came through with even more of the coolest shit around. I am amazed! How do you come up with this stuff?

Man I would love to see this car in person!

    Good luck on your deadline!

Wow thanks for the kind words , there's a bunch of different ways I come up with all of this stuff , some of it I see some where else or take a little piece from something and change it up and use it . Or some time things just pop in my head and I have to do it , or sometime the build will dictate what's need to be done , or something just doesn't look right , and it just need to be changed , so yah there's a lot , hopefully this explains it lol

DAMN! I kept seeing this thread up on page 1 with over 1,000+ posts and, being that I usually like to read through entire threads, put off reading it over and over..(and over)

Then I would read "Cody this" and "Cody that" in other threads and bit the bullet. I seriously don't know how the dude earlier got through it in 3 hours. Must've just looked at the pictures.

HOLY SHIT. Your perseverance is only surpassed by your talent.

And I just know those blue shocks can't possibly dodge the booth much longer..

  19. This has to be the most anticipated car i've ever followed........everything is perfect.

    :)

Top 5 build thread for sure. Between the detail, talent and answering everybody's questions and comments, true HAMB material here. Again, beautiful work.

It's not the part of not getting much sleep that gets me as much as the akes and pains of 16-18 hours a day Nate , lol I go until I physically can't go no more , ,and there still a lot to do ,
