    Women in a Shop class ? Hey, that would have to have been a rare sight for it's time . I trained two women that worked for me manufacturing Van accessories , they were great workers and they wanted a top notch product too ! scrubba

    thanks for the Crystal Beach pics...we used to visit every year, and it wa such a big deal, that we were only told they day of, because we would go crazy knowing that we were heading up....hell they used to take us by bus from the playgorunds in Lackawanna as well.....loved it!!although as a kid that laff in the dark scared the hell out of me.

    Me to but you could hardly get near the place on Fri. or Sat. nights. I also (vaguely) remember a place called The Cave somewhere around Huntington Beach..

    I wouldn't want to be in the turret anymore than I would want to be the poor soul closing him into the turret.
    May the enemies of man (past, present and future) that force people to be in those kinds of situations rot in hell.

    When I was in High School 1964-67 there was a Special Activities period that included Girls Shop - I sacrificed myself for two years as an assistant teacher - 20 girls, 3 assistant teachers and one regular teacher - I really did it to help --- me meet more girls
