Says LOWCAB: "Well, here is one from this week. I had my son pose for the driver. It is supposed to be a guy pulling out of his garage into the moonlight for a late night, high speed drive without attracting the cops."



Lowcab: Your work always has nice groovy old photo memory quality to it. I like everything you do. Your words "...had my son pose for the driver" sounds like me. For my piece this week I had my son and his girlfriend sit on patio furniture in the backyard - him with his hands out and her looking up at him. i changed his hair and gave him a beard for my purposes but living with our own artist models has its advantages.

 

Gary C, I don't think enough people comment on your stellar work including me. You always raise the bar with your work .........

Hey everyone great show this week!! I once again forgot it was friday lol. And again only have my cell phone on me. This past weekend I had the honor to take a class from glen as bill had mentioned in his post here.. he was a great teacher I learned so much here are some photos from around his shop. Also something I pinstriped for a panel swap . and the airbrush letters shown were my first time airbrushing thanks glen now im hooked

Warm weather in Nebraska? I was watching the Minnesota Wild playing in Chicago against the Blackhawks Tuesday and the announcer said it was snowing in Minnesota....

Skimboard I painted this week...

 

Here is something I started this week. It's not car related, but it is certainly transportation related.
This is a mixed media, bamboo carved skate deck. It will be finish painted on the high points.

 

Cory, I really appreciate it! But I don´t know if my model would count as art...
