Little preview..

 

A word of warning to anyone attending this year. The "volunteers" at the main gate today charged me $20 to get in. I questioned whether they had really doubled the fee from last year and he said that's what he was told to charge. Then I got home and the website says it's ten dollars. So they obviously have some shady characters making some money for themselves by pocketing ten bucks for everyone who comes in.

 

Its 20 for the entire weekend. Please don't bad mouth the help.

 

I did hear its not gonna help with this rain for the charity! But I'm sure that's not why with the price! I'm just hoping for less rain on Sat! I got pretty wet today!

 

That's more like it! This is a good show for a good cause! I knew something wasn't right! I felt sorry for the guys helping out in the rain today!

 

It sounds like the weather will be improving tomorrow. I'll be leaving for the show early in the morning.

was a interesting ride over today, ran through a hell of a snow storm, ran out of gas and then drove through pouring rain.....but were here, walked around the show for several hours today, now back at the Comfort Inn "Drying Off" and warming up alittle.....hopefully weather makes it to the 60 they are saying it will tommorow. Eitherway hell of a turn out already and some kick ass rides

I took almost 150 pictures today alone, might post some later otherwise, i'm going to post them on my facebook page in a few.

 

Ha, I'm originally from Polo. I saw your car in the parking lot at the Torque Fest, cool ride.

We checked in to our hotel around 3:30am this morning, can't wait to hit the show!

Im sure you told them you just wanted a day pass too......you payed for two, come back if you don't have a good time I will give you 10 bucks. The volunteer help is what makes this show what it is.....most are hamb members.

 

Sure, I'll spend fifty bucks on gas to come back and get ten bucks. It's a piss-poor way to run a production like this. But at least we know you don't give a crap.
