  3. Seems like they never existed. I just bought a 36 5 window that has ladder bars and olds/pontiac rear. Sits tall. I am really contemplating building it as a late 60's style street racer. Wish somebody could find some photos.

One of the guys in my club has a 36 5 window that's an X 60's drag car. Not a gasser by any means, but a very cool car that has some cool history. He has a bunch of old pics of it racing back then that I could send you if you'd like. It's a local NW car and has been all it's life I believe.

There was a blue '35 coupe gasser/altered that popped up a few years ago... I've forgotten the name that was on it. I'll hunt around for the pics.

I've actually got all the shots from the original ad I think.

I think that is sad. Those cars are to sexy to be lifted in the air

I agree. And an edit to my previous post, the 36 I was talking about is now mine (see avatar) and it's getting it's rear end lowered back down where it belongs and skirted.

I know this is a old thread but the blue 35 was built by my grand father Calvin Smith (the name on the door) matter o fact I have a pic of him next to it around here somewhere.
