Same day, Sunday May 26th, 2013

Preregistration is now open and you can find all the info on getting registered, is your car right for the show(I would say all you HAMB'ers know the deal) Miss Beatersville info, or info on Vending or Sponsoring, just check out the site.

I've been invited to join in the fun for Beatersville this year. Where do the out of towners usually stay for this show? Is there anything going on Friday and Saturday? If we are gonna come, we'll be there all weekend.

Hey Kevin, hope you are doin well....I am planning on being there, I'll find out where we are staying and PM that info to ya. I know we are heading up Saturday around noon, then heading home early Monday Morning.

 

I think that they're doing a "cackle off" type of thing at PHT on Saturday night.

 

If any of you are coming in early drop in on the Poorboys CC "Pre-Beatersville BBQ Hootenanny" Kicking off Saturday @ 2p.m. located at S8403 3rd Street RD, Louisville, KY Beer & BBQ is free while it lasts, feel free bring a dish to share.

34 5 window NICE! If its even half as nice as your old truck you'll have a show stopper.

BTW we are in the same boat, I sold my coupe to build a 40 coupe, so I'll be in my "old reliable" fenderless truck with the comet back end on it. See you then.

out of towners, we usually recommend the Jameson inn, kentucky mills drive, off fern valley road. just south of airport, easy on and off exspressway, not far from the show, close to food and everything else you might need. bruce

 

Save me a spot Wayne, I want to go to the roundup also! The Maiden Voyage for the coupe is this week!

 

Are you setting up a booth? I need a couple of DVD's.

We're heading to the "Rev Up" the night before. A shin dig at the tavern.

 

Enjoyed Beatersville today with what I consider perfect weather. No baking in the sun and good picture taking light. I forgot how stupid it is that you can't take a bottle of water in as a spectator. Looked like a big turnout.
