Yes, I am just a short road trip away from Arkansas. What is the link to your grill picture?

Your grill is not that bad...Oh, it may be cheesy, rusty, crusty, and pleasantly perforated, but believe me, mine was far, far worse. :(

  12. It was from this picture that I got my idea of how to build the arch in the front rear axle so the drive shaft could p*** through to the rear rear.
It is also worthy to note that just about everything you see in that picture, other than tires is made of stainless steel. The owner/builder owns a stainless fab shop.

    Thanks. Neatly done. :)

  14. The group of guys at this shop do great work...real metal working with body hammers, dollys and body files. Very little mud in the rigs they build. The did a '32 coupe a few months back also. They're about 10min up the road from me.

I have seen that truck in person several times......really a work of art. He had to use the rear axle to have room for a driveshaft if I recall.

  16. Here is another very similar picture.
Like RMR&C says, a work of art.
I was blown away by the tool boxes, there was just something about how perfect they were.
    Like all the fab workmanship.

I am surprised by the size of those rear tyres. Could have almost run duals.

That would be odd to see it sitting on the front axle and no drive on the rear.
