  10. Do you have to clear over the rattlebomb paint? Or just spray and call it a day?

  11. You can leave it,but it looks better after at least three coats of clear. I did some bowling pins for a friends bowling league,as trophys, and sprayed base,Roth rattleBomb Flake, then two coats of clear, and they came out AWESOME! I was surprised...They sell base colors also, but I just used rustoleum for base. Cheaper.

  12. Thanks for the info. I have an off topic project that I ordered a couple cans of flake for, it's nothing special but I'm interested in seeing how it turns out. The truck's looking great, I must say I like it a lot more without the rear bags

  13. Thanks. It will look MUCH better, after I get the front end down.

  14. Picked up my air shocks today. Gonna put them on tomorrow. AWESOME!

  15. Since i'm on vacation,I have time to work on the Pick-up paint. What sucks is,after talking with Philly the Greek,I changed my design and have to re-do the bed....oh well.

Tried a little something different around the taillight.

  16. Once I got started,I couldn't stop! haha Did the whole pass side, the front and the rear. Not happy with the front,so I will redo it tomorrow. Need to remove all the stuff on the drivers rear cause it doesn't match. It will ALL be done tomorrow except the pinstriping....
    What do you think?

    Looking good!!

  23. I saw your striping....almost done,huh.

  24. The original design was just too busy. I think this way makee it look longer.

Phil...how do you mean? Should it be a different color? Should it only be at the front?

Yeah, almost. I was actually trying to get it done for your BBQ, but that didn't work out. LOL!! I'll have it all done by the LA Roadster Show. It was a lot harder to do than I expected. I already had a lot of respect for guys/gals that could pinstripe, but now my respect has gone up even more!!

That's what I was thinking before... I like the long lines on the belt line! Looks good Bob!!

  27. I haven't striped a car since High School. I used to go over to the dealerships and fix stripes that had faded or after a repaint on a door or fender.
Not looking forward to all the LOOOOOONG lines, haha

  28. Thanks Chad...
