location of horns in 58 Apache

I'm at the final stage of completion on the 58 but i can not figure out where the horns are supposed to be mounted.... Anyone have a pic or can tell me where they goes.

 

They mount on the back side of the core support on each side of the radiator (if dual horns). The original horns had a mount that had the bell of the horn facing toward some small louvers in the core support. This what allowed the sound to project through the core support and outside the engine compartment.

I was thinking on the hood.Oh wrong kind of horns.

 

Here's a pic from another forum. It shows a '57 but the mounting looks the same to me. The horn is in the lower left corner.

 

One of the horns i can find a place for on the right side of the radiator support, both on the top and middle bolt hole.
On the left side i can not make it work, maybe it only had one horn..... I was told when i bought the car in parts that both horns were mounted.

I just went out and took a photo and they are not mirrorlike so maybe it is supposed to be only one?

 

Unfortunatly i see no pic.

 

I have a single that's mounted on the drivers side, I'll snap a pic in a little bit.

My is mounted with the top radiator mounting bolt and aligned on the side if the bracket with the tab.
Looks like it could use a little straightening
