It looks like they started out as Cad Sombreros and someone added the smaller center cap to them. From the angle they look like they could be a cap and ring setup with an added center too.

Strictly speaking, those aren't Sombreros ('47-'52). They are '54-55 Cadillac.

    '53 Cadillac

I think 40FORDPU is right with '56 Chrysler.

At first I thought they were early 50's Pontiac but unless someone has changed the center cap they aren't. I'll have to look at the caps I have at home tonight and ponder that one.

Not saying they aren't Chrysler, but the stock caps for those 55 Plymouths looked a lot like that too. And i see it has Antique plates, so maybe....

The answer is obvious, they are 1955 Canadian Plymouth. What is interesting is Canadian Plymouth Savoys ordered with two tone paint came with Belvedere trim. And the 6 cylinder was a very popular choice, all three here are 6s.

These are 55 Dodge Caps and I wonder if that is what is on the photo I originally posted

Did not see your reply before my post above.
    Thanks
(Actually answered my other question about the Belvedere paint on a Savoy that I was wondering about too. My own car came with Savoy fender emblems and Belvedere two tone paint but lived its life in North Dakota just a stones throw from Canada. Thanks)

After looking at the pics I believe the Canadian Plymouths used a slightly modified version of the 55 Dodge hubcap. Still trying to verify this as I really like the look of that cap and will probably look for a nice set of 55 Dodge caps. Thanks to all who helped out.

The 55 Dodge caps are close, US or Canadian. Judging from the trim your car might be from Canada.
If you have friends up north you might be able to find the correct caps in Canada.
