Wow, SIXGUN, I never realized how many Anglia drag cars got built with inline sixes! That interests me because my son has a '48 with a 240 Ford and I am building a '49 with a 300 Ford ( search "Attic Anglia" for a preview).

Some have told me an inline six is a difficult fit in an Anglia. Looks like many folks have proved it can be done.

Yea the Anglia seems to be the car of choice ( the lightest???) I would like to build one myself....(Do you know of any others out there hiding)

Scott, I see you found that one. I came across it awhile ago but couldn't remember where it was.

 

What a car. It ran from 62-71. Kicked Dick Landy's ass at the 68 Winternationals. 7 championships in all.
