Looks like Oklahoma City, the old Jaycees strip at the fairgrounds. The coupe even looks like is sporting Oklahoma plates.

Two Stratocruisers today? Cool. This one is N90947, Clipper Queen of the Pacific. Pan Am had it until '61, then it went to the Israeli Air Force. Retired in '71 and likely scrapped soon after.

And the second, N1042V. Flew with Pan Am as Clipper Morning Star, then renamed Clipper Polynesia. Sold in 1960 and ended its days at Mojave, CA. This is most likely its last known photo taken in 1969:
