Time constraints. I'm flying in to Des Moines, then Brandon and I are leading the cruise to Columbus.
Plan in going down for Fri. First year in awhile that I won't be there for the whole weekend. Always a fantastic show.
I know there are rooms at the red roof inn columbus north worthington, hyatt place, and motel 6 down the road from you.
A bunch of my friends are staying at the Ramada so I'm trying to score a room there. Plus I'm not sure about where the "safe" parts of town are and I don't want to end up in a skid row motel that rents by the hour!! Any suggestions would be great.
Do you have any details of the tour? I just moved to Davenport and my road crew is still in East Tennessee and I would like to follow some folks over, just in case. THANKS
The contingent from Southern Ontario will be there, we are leaving Thurs. morning 8-10 cars. But some one please turn the heat down a little this year. Larry

Thanks. I have secured a room at the Ramada north so my son and I will be heading into town Thursday afternoon. Looking forward to it, haven't been to GG Columbus since the very first year it was held there.

The Nostalgia Gassers Racing Association will have 2 cars on display at the fairgrounds on Thursday and Friday. I'll be driving from Des Moines on the cruise in my 3W deuce......this makes the 10th time that we did the cruise, looking forward to Kirk! leading us this year. Always a good time on the cruise and at the Show. Dale
Yeah! My wife forgot what the date was and booked something for her work (company outing) for Saturday. By the time she realized what she had done it was something she couldn't reverse. That is why we are going on Sunday, real bummer too.... I need to go to the swap meet and EVERYTHING I need will be gone by then... We are both excited for Sunday though, we are getting there on Sat evening to enjoy everyone cruising around for a while. It will be fun!
I totally agree. She was upset because we go every year, she enjoys it as much as I do, just not last year when it was 105 degrees. I just have to remember to bring sunblock this year
