What appears to be a MD Phantom F-4K ( designated FG-1 in the UK ) overflying two Navy personal aboard a LandRover from the Royal Navy Air Service in Yeovilton, Somerset, UK - still one of two principle UK Royal Navy airbases.

 

Looks like a single roll bar behind the seat? doesn't look like a hot rod to me.

 

There's more beer in an onion sack keepin' cool in the water, don'tcha know. ?
