I have a 383 engine & 727 automatic tranny, allso 8.75 rear end. also i have at an extra cost an (old school 392 hemi with a 727 tranny atached this engine has many extra parts) CALL (SAILMAN 706-499-5567)
i know this is an older post, but i just came across it. I built one of these about 10 years ago, was a really cool car....you are VERY lucky to have a grill that is intact. i'm sure you know by now how hard it is to come by parts for it. I believe i still have the original trimwork (chrome) in the attic. i'll try to find a pic or two and post 4 u to see. I could never find any that werent airstreams. Enjoy!
Stumbled across this while looking for parts and realized that's the car I now own! How cool is that? Must have been 2 owners ago. Wish the Hemi was available when I bought it!
