Got all my air gear from Glen at Air ride in Melbourne. The accuair valve blocks are awesome, I've used a couple of them on different cars and they are so easy and reliable.

Been slack with updating the thread but been getting heaps done.

Tubs are primed and tacked in, both quarters are hammered to the shape they are sposed to be (thanks to my dad), I started in the rear floor sections tonight. Also been stuffing around trying to get all the front sheet metal to line up probably got 6 hours just in that so far haha.

Progress is still happening, Bit more welding and shrinking and what not on the quarters. Compressors are all wired up, stripped the floor and firewall tonight and painted it with POR15.

    Little update finally!

After working away for 4 days I was having withdrawals from working on the chev, but when I got back to work today my EMS patch panels for my doors had arrived, so I was pretty happy with that! Started trimming the passenger door ready to for the inner panel. Also just crossed another little thing of my list, the little rubber boot on the gear shifter, I used a universal boot for a CV joint.

So basically spent the whole day on it today and didn't get much done at all, tryed to make radiator hose to get around my engine mount. (Should of thought of that when I made the mounts) and think I was successful eventually, got called out a few times for work so didn't have a very productive day, hopefully tomorrow is a different story.

Some proper progress today, got both inner patch panels on the doors cut in and tacked on, and started to patch some other parts of the door, might end up making a whole new skin for each door, see how I go.

    Cheers guys!

Bit more progress tonight. Got some rust repair sections finished up and did a bit more of the sound deadening but ran out of it so still have the front floor pans and firewall to do. Also trying to figure out what to do for the inner quarter panel was going to make new sections but I think I might use the old door frames so that it looks like it could if been original and also might be able to use the window mechanism to have the back windows go up and down.

    ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1375099039.141819.jpg

Also gonna try to make my own door skins that go higher then the EMS ones. Still gonna use the EMS door inners

Cut some sheet to size and marked the bottom fold just need to go up the road and borrow a folder so I can start marking them out ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1375099211.263243.jpg

Progress from last night, got the inner door structures trimmed to fit in the hole, they look pretty good in there, might even be able to use the stock window mechanism to make the windows go up and down. Will sand blast and prime them tonight and hopefully have them all welded in by the weekend!
