That car makes me want to build another one - plus the fact I saw my old one go by last weekend.

Hey what's it like to drive a bucket with slicks and no front brakes?
    In rain???

  3. Man, where can I get a copy of that magazine I remember doing those photo's at the Goodguys show a couple of years ago but never heard anything form them. By the end the day the cold one's were going down at a pretty good pace and don't even remeber the guys name behind the camera he was drinking with us. Man i have forgot all about that. What is even cooler is that cover being i have a 63 Super Stock Dodge any leeds on a copy would make my day.

  4. Metal Nazi, sent you a PM and the magazine is on its way to you, sponsored by GASOLINE MAGAZINE and myself ! :D

  5. Every time I see this car I want it! This has to be one of the top 10 T buckets ever built.

  6. Man Thank's, That is what I always thought and not just because my Oldman built it and now I own it. I look back at all those "T"s that were iconic or the "T"s his buddies rolled over to the house in and like you said I agree a top ten. I sure would like to see the Rodder's Journal do a "T" issue and get my Oldman and his car the spotlight they never really got. I know it has been in Street Rodder and the did a great job on it but the T.R.J is like his bible. "Peace"

..another cool design element is the way the upholstery "stays in" the bucket and does not roll over the edges of the body like most Buckets of the era.
All around bitchin' car..great story too!

This site does back issues online, and this is the one you want.

It is in Swedish, but I used Chrome and it gave a translate option, so you should be able to get through the ordering process ...
