More of a recreational thing but occasionally used as a shop truck! It's a 1982 Land Cruiser FJ 45 Long Bed Pickup.

    Where's this rule from?

The FJ45 was launched in 1963 and aside from some minor changes to the motor, transmission, turn signals and headlamp surrounds it's essentially the same car as it was in 1963. Has historical significance where I live because this and the Land Rover Defender were some of the first vehicles in the region, before there were roads. Journeys that took 3 weeks were shortened to 3 days. Today with the roads we have that same 3 week journey is now little over an hour!

Sorry my truck isn't old enough for you

  7. My apologies. Nowhere in the rules does it state 1964 and prior. That just seems like one of those unspoken deals I've picked up.

However, this forum is dedicated to traditional hot rods, and customs. All but one of your vehicles listed are drastically off topic. Not trying to be a jerk, that's just the deal here. Trust me, so far I've put this much more nicely than many others will to you in the future.

    Try reading these.

Okay - I just figured a 30 year old truck that hadn't run in 2 years when I bought it met the requirements to be considered "jalopy" ;)

And don't worry - I have plans to add a few more cl***ic cars to the fleet soon. :)
