  4. You should put this story over on the Fordbarn. They would love it over there. I think the correct name for the oval window coupe is a business coupe. The same as a sport coupe except it had the oval windows instead of the landau irons. I like them.

I do not recall a banger having a mechanical fuel pump, any help?

Someone put that B motor in an A, the exhaust mainfold is A not the angled back B style. Bob:)

    I know its a B or possibly a C motor.
But if its a B motor, thats not a case that it is a 100% counter balanced.

    The roadster started really easily.
Not real smooth yet, but no rattles.

Did shoot quite the "nest" out the rear!

If I was in a better financial position I would make an offer on the business coupe. The added tin roof would be gone quick as long as the roof brackets and lower gussets were in good shape. Rod

With 6 kids, they all have to like Hot Rods or fear moving to a farm and working the fields!

Nice score Joe. It couldn't have happened to a better LOCAL caretaker and Rodder of the Model A

With the new find, I offer my place to store the maroon tudor :)

WANT-yes. Can have? Not right now. I have a Willys to finish and a 36 to maintain-oh and a newly developed/half cocked plan of building a bubble top show car........ blah.

Sweet score man. Text me with the details when you know what's what. I'll help to spread the word.

Well, I had waaay to much crap before this, now I have waaaay too much.

I did what anyone would consider, I bought a 40' shipping container and put it at my work!

Here are some pics of it and of me making some shelving bracketry.

I almost have 10 of them built. The are 20'' deep, hang 60' from the ceiling, and the shelves have 20" between them, height wise. The will hold 2 pieces of 2x10 lumber each basically running the whole length of the container.

  26. winner!
awesome find on the cars and I appreciate the updates, I love seeing them come alive again. good on you!

Jim, Christy, and the guys at A1 are great, good luck!

Yes, this has been in the works a long time.

Just need to get things sorted and organized

  30. The fuel pump and the 3-hole water pump attachment on the head tell you it isn't an A or B banger.

You are so fortunate. You are young and have A's that roll and lots of spare parts to play with. Do two things a week, regardless of anything else that goes on in your life, and you will make progress.
