after looking at the photo some more the mountains look too far away to be San Gabriel, I stand corrected.

Have a couple of questions I'm hopin one of you guys might know the answer to. What were the indexes for I/J gas in the later years aswell as some of the lower E/A classes? I want to make the car as close to the period using the rulebook as a guide. Changes have been made to it that don't fit the rules of the time for the gas classes so now it would fit closer to a E/A class. Thanks

Cotton showed up at our local track sometimes. That was one bad a$$ six banger. It had a strange squeaky sound out the exhaust. He would wind that ole six to the moon and stand it nearly straight up off the line, usually winning modified eliminator in the process. --- Steve ---
