After watching the boards from a distance, I have finally decided to jump in the water! I love reading about everyones great cars, and hearing the great stories, and now I'm hopeful I can tap into some of that great knowledge to help me get my nostalgia altered built..I have grown up around this p***ion (I refuse to call it a hobbie, it goes much deeper). And now, that I am divorced, I can get back to ME. I have always had a love for the nasty altereds from before my time, and now I am finally building one. I look forward to everyones help..
I am in the beginning stages of building a 96" fiat bodied altered. I am going to try and do the car as period correct as possible, with the exception of the cage. Will start off with a injected sbc to get it setup, but will eventually plan on going with a blower. I'm doing a lot of research, trying to figure out how to build the ch***is.
