Ours personally. We have a small collection of about 100 cars, all collected over a period of 40+ years between my Dad and I. We save all the stuff around here nobody wanted, and now sell parts and/or cars to help continue the hobby!

Takes money to do that. Right now I don't have it. Would love to have it though. Currently saving up for this - ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1381614387.402806.jpg

The '58 Ford is $2500. Belongs to a friend. It's only been sitting for 5 years. It ran when parked.

The '56 Wagon, if anyone wants to know, I will go see if it is possibly for sale.

What is the name on the hood of the '56 Niagara? I can't make it out.

Not mine, but "Not for Sale". The car is a 58 Meteor wagon, customized in the 60's, and lost until found in a field in 1999 by present owner. Not For Sale,is the answer.

And lastly a couple more at our place. The 53 Monarch 2-door i've owned for 21 years. When I was a fresh faced 15yr old back then, I figured I was a restoration specialist, and tore it apart in a million pieces. Over the years, I've lost many parts and ambition. However, recently I've been collecting parts for it, including a 53 Monarch parts car. Thanks to this site, I'm beginning the car next spring. Until then, I guess it is sitting and rotting, but now I'm inspired!

  17. The '55 and '56 Ford 4 doors look pretty solid and complete. The '55 is the same body style as mine--I like 4 doors, and my parents bought the car new.

I wonder why we never saw these grills used in custom cars in the states, or is that a custom grill? .....

For some reason, the prairies in Canada were stocked with plenty of 2 and 4 door sedans, making hardtops and converts more rare to be seen. I am one of those guys who think all cars are cool, regardless the number of doors!

The Meteor grilles for 52 are very hard to find, as the pot metal they're made of cracked easily. Also, Meteors for 52 had distinct fenders and grille opening, specially moulded and different than the Fords of the same year.

These pictures are from just outside a small town west of Medicine Hat. They are NOT for sale, and have been there since at least the 60's

This 56 Chevy was the factory 'demo' model for the Beny Motors (Chev/Olds/Cadillac) dealer, and was driven personally by Chuck Beny, the owner himself. The wagon has been sitting in this exact location since the early 80's. My Dad first showed me where the car was in about 85-86, and I took this picture in 2008. I drove past a few weeks ago, and nothings changed. The owner is very adamant he will do something with it one day...

And a few more of ours. We are sometimes referred to as 'the guys north of town who don't sell'. Well, we do. :)
