I guess I should add the details.. Stroked 302 ford small block, tremec 5 speed, winters qc. Mordrop axle, tci frame, Henry unchopped five window, cowl vent, tilt out gl***. And one big cheesy smile accompanied by a smokey burnout and pissed off neighbors!

Thanks everyone, and a special thanks to Rick Powell for taking such good care of it coming across the country. I am not planning on doing too much, gotta put a vent seal and spring on it,get some locks on the doors ( part of living in Ca, gotta keep things locked if you drive them) , I need to get a striker plate for the trunk, I might put my old steel wheels and tires (16/15s) from my green deuce on it (still on the fence on this one, any feed back would be great) And if somehow score one of the coolest things ever the car will get a HAMB plate topper!!!

Here are the steel wheels from the green car that I have an opportunity to buy back , still on the fence but I think I like the way it sits with the steels than with the torq thrusts

FLASHBACK....here's a pic of one I owned thirty something years ago. Sold it to a friend in Miami, Fla after having it for less than a year. This pic is near Daytona probably 25 years ago when my friend owned it...with a 302. Do you know any history of the car? Did it maybe come from Miami at some point. Very cool car anyway....another of the many I let get away.

That is a wayyyyy cool car!!! This one was built about 8 yrs ago in Jacksonville, the body came out of an estate sale in SC and had been channels back in the day. It got new floors and lower patches and a tci frame. I'm not huge on tci but I have had them before without probs. the more drop and winters are firsts for me

Very cool '32 (as if there was such a thing as a "uncool" '32:D). I see that it has escaped being chopped. I'm not opposed to a chop job but I am really opposed to the "CHOP THE **** OUT OF IT" mind set that many on this board seem to subscribe to. If a chop job is in it's future I suggest a 2" if you are going to replace the fenders or a 4" if the fenders stay hanging on the wall. I prefer fenders on a deuce 5w so you can see my preference for a mild chop. Mine is not chopped but it will get a 2" cut and keep the fenders IF I ever get off my *** and build it.

Yeah, my old one had the original frame. I bought the car from the cl***ifieds in the Miami Herald for $600 with full fenders and a hurst saddle mount for a SBC-no motor. I was the first to answer the ad and of course offered $500 (1970's). He said he'd rather wait for a better offer. I wasn't going to leave without it so agreed on 600, gave him half down and told him I'd be back on Monday (3 days) with a tow truck. Brought the rest of the $$$, got it and he said no one else even called about it.
Anyway...do you have any older pics of when it was channeled?

I don't have any of the channeled pics. The guy said he knew of the car for some time and had been waiting for the family to sell. Said there was two three windows sold at the same sale, apparently I have been going to the wrong estate sales!!!
