Maybe clean them to the best of your ability with a wire wheel, and then keep adding the blaster and working them...with patience they should come free if they're savable. Heat would help, so long as it wont screw up the latch springs (unless you plan to replace those anyway).

  4. I agree with adding some heat,,spray it again with the PB blaster and cycle again,,those screws will come out. HRP

  5. As was stated, use heat. always works for me. heat and patience

I'd throw 'em into my bucket of EvapoRust for a couple of days. I hear a molasses solution works as well, but I've had little luck with it.

Heat and cool it quickly and repeat twice then pb blaster , I use a spray bottle of water to cool quickly this shocks the rust and will break it loose.

Maybe I didnt explain properly. The latcges are in the door & the doore are stuck in the closed position. I have removed the screws that are accessible, but there are still some between the door shell & a pillars (suicide doors

Can you remove the hinge pins? If so than the door will just come right off.

    thats even easier
    pry bar or screwdrivers
seriously, those old bodies flex enough to pop open. and thats something to think about if you ever have a wreck, even a minor wreck the doors pop open. I knew a sweet old lady who died when the door popped open

They move some, but either not enough to open or somethings not connected. On the passengers side it may be locked.

Yeah I'm already planning to build an internally hidden roll cage . Even the wooden roof cross members will have metal braces inside of them.

  17. Climb inside with a flashlight and a pair of vice grips and have someone else wiggle the door handle back and forth,,see what's holding it,,it could be possible that both doors have a lock. HRP
