I wasn't looking for another project, but it was too nice a body to pass up(and another car on my short list...). I live in Manchester, and the body is there. My shop (in Gloucester) number is 978-281-2034. Give me a call.

I know some of you won't appreciate the couple of billet pieces I have on the coupe, but they're all home made by my brother in law and they are trick in my opinion. Couldn't find any alternator bracket that would fit with the tripower and the caps on my Hi-Power speed shop air cleaners were so pitted and ugly they had to go. We tried to matvh the fins on the valve covers and polishing takes away the billet look I think. Like they say - it's my ride so it's done my way. Hope you like it though.

  9. That is amazing! It looks like a survivor even if it's not.

    Here's mine.
Plans are to keep her tall and in a late 60's-70's vibe with flaked paint and some period touches.
Motor will be a 56 265V8 with tri-power I had laying around the garage.

That is a great body. Nice find. My original plan was to severely chop mine, but the more I looked at pictures of them, I have decided to leave mine stock height. They look "right out of the 60's" with the right paint, wheels and tires. Good luck with your build.

  22. I can see now at the top of the windscreen I must be gettting old to miss that!!. Looks real cool with that 4" chop. Mine is channelled 4" and chopped 6", but hey:D:D:D
However this is my next Coupe which will be stock height, after I have completed my COE project.

I'm hoping to start a build thread soon, I'm working on a 26 with a modified early turtle deck. Was a rod in '58, some of the blue paint from the first build still shows, planning to repaint it the same color.

Pics aren't the best but they're all I've got for now.

We are not sure what they are from. He has had the frame rails for a long time we just modified to fit the T body. Here are a few pics.
