What I need is a better way to get 90w in a rear end other than laying under there doing the two arm squeeze on quart bottles, getting as much outside as in. I suppose a pump of some sort.

Since I'm a unretired teacher, this has special significance or me. I spent enough time in "the corner" to qualify for a special scholarship. I had more hours at school than the teacher.

    Ingredients

    <!--concordance-begin-->
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) melted butter
    • Powdered sugar, for topping
    <!--concordance-end-->Directions

Combine milk, egg, vanilla in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar and gradually add to wet ingredients. Beat with a mixer until a smooth batter forms. Fold in melted butter. Pour batter into a funnel or squeeze bottle while using your index finger to stop the flow of the batter. Bring the funnel over the hot oil and release your finger to start a stream of batter while moving the funnel in a circular motion to create spiral-like shapes. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

As Eddie Murphy would say....You astd foe it buttwheat :)

Damn.....I got to get a job. Retirement is rotting my brain :D

That is a great idea and will work great for topping of my snow plow motor. 1/4 inch pipe plug. Thanks, cb1

  7. A hose on the nipple,
    A wire on the bottle
An extra bottle with an air bleed hole.
Hang the bottle anyplace you can.

You can drink coffee or do something else more productive instead of squeezing but it isn't faster at getting it topped or filled its slower but automated.

Get one of the old handivac caps that fits a mason jar. Make the hose that would be sucking on normal use go all the way to the bottom. Pressurise the jar through the suction hose and it will push the oil up and into the rear. I use this setup for 600w gear oil in older cars.

They're giving away dunce caps at the service stations? Must be to attract teachers as customers. Butch/56sedandelivery.

    Ingredients:

    4 Laughing eyes
    4 Well-shaped legs
    4 Loving arms
    2 Firm milk containers
    2 Nuts
    1 soft, warm mixing bowl
    1 Firm banana

    Directions:

    1. Look into laughing eyes.
    2. Spread well-shaped legs with loving arms.
    3. Squeeze and massage milk containers very gently.
    4. Gently add firm banana to mixing bowl, working in and out until well creamed. For best results. Continue to knead milk containers.
    5. As heat rises, plunge banana deep into mixing bowl and cover with nuts, leave to soak (preferably NOT overnight).
    6. The cake is done when banana is soft. If banana does not soften, repeat steps 3-5 or change mixing bowls.

    Notes:

    1. If you are in an unfamiliar kitchen, wash utensils carefully before and after use.
    2. Do not lick mixing bowl after use.
    3. If cake rises, leave town.

    Those are hearing aides.

I have one of those somewhere. As I recall laying under the car pumping 90w through that small tubing was worse. I like the air compressor hookup idea.

HF has pumps cheap - and yes - they work fine with gear oil - it's not all that thick......

    http://www.harborfreight.com/multi-use-transfer-pump-66418.html

Just did the 8 3/4 rear on the Dart. Have 2 of the pumps, one dedicated for transfer case tranny fluid for the Duramax - and one dedicated to gear oil.

And another extraction pump for that same 8 3/4 rear with no drain plug.

If it's unfamiliar, I would stay out of it, otherwise wrap the utensil with plastic wrap and discard after use.

The main issue I find with them is they can be kinda noisy if you dont maintain them properly. :D

^^^Most of friends have one of them. Seems as soon as they get one all their time is spent on it's maintenance and their cars end up getting sold. I prefer the single use version.:cool:D
