Don't laugh too hard but here is some pics of one I drug home a few weeks ago. It's actually fairly solid, truth be told. Just has some shotty wiring issues to deal with and a bit of rocker rust.
I've been gathering ideas from this thread and praying I have half the skill of some of these other fellows.

Does this car still exist in this look. I think this is the same car but is it painted a different color ?? which is the current look (or has it changed again).

here is an update on my ride. taking it from a Hotrod look to a late 60's/ early 70s mild custom.

Spent the entire weekend blowing the car apart and it is just about ready to head out to get body work and paint. Its new version will be bright (colors in consideration magenta, purple, tangerine, lime green or bright blue). The car at the top of the page has been eating at me and I finally gave in to it. It will get 14" astro supremes or Cragars and thin whitewalls. interior color will be white or black TnR. (color of car will determine).

    to this over the weekend

This one is pretty cool, looks like they put on Tri-Five headlights.

Been working on getting all the mechanical's done, all that's left is the exhaust then it will be a running driver then paint rubber and glass.
Interior should be done next week I hope.
