Just install the Google browser on your computer and use it when viewing this thread. Your then 1 click away from any info available. Some Hambers post a plethoria of pics almost daily and it would be very time consuming for them to identify every pic posted. Other pics may have no info to post. Are posteres supposed to start indicating "no info avialable" as well? Hope this helps.

I've noticed a few provacative posts lately that got me to wondering. If banned, there were probably a few probation violations first. Too bad for all of us.

Looks like a scrapping operation to me - over in Europe after the war we dynamited many aircraft, then chopped them up. Note the large number of stored aircraft in the background.

Neat photo David. Here's a poster for the Boston & Maine RR Snow Train. It would run from Boston to North Conway NH.

  6. Look's like the roof of a Maverick behind the '64 Chevy wagon next to that white Mopar.

Looks like it may have been part of a junk yard sales lot. The white Mopar looks to have a CA black plate (1963 and later) and the Chevy has a UT plate.

I wondered the same thing. I don't remember that roof line on any GM car.

I also wondered what he did. Maybe it was his last post of the Montgomery Ward store or the fact that most of his 4,634 posts were single photos.

Thanks. The Santa is gone and so is the whole Santa Village.:( The Santa figure was moved to the Somis, CA area.
I remember stopping there as kid and getting peanut brittle and riding on a little train. It was fun to see Sanat year round and by the beach.
