So, I'm working with a friend on a very special set of wheels (and that's about all I can say about them in public)... and we are looking for the right car to debut them on. What we need is an early Ford roadster or modified... Something that has a pre-war or slightly post-war look to it. Something that would look at home on a lake bed in 1948 or cruising the pits at Indy in 1939. Oh, and there is one more caveat. The car has to be at the Round Up in Austin this year. Post a pic of your submission if you are interested. More than likely, the wheels will go to you for free if everything works out.
Give me a reason and a deadline to build my 32 roadster for and ill do it. or my 5 window for that matter.
I'm gonna be there with my car finished. The frame is all done and put back together. Starting on the body and paint. But I'll throw mine in. G-man
Damn, wish I'd gone a pre-war route on the wife's T. With a 283 that leaves me outta the running. '27 T Roadster build: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=734383
Well , I assume you want a painted car and I know there are a bunch of other cars out there that are far more worthy than my clunker but here you go . On our way to Canada This past weekend picking up our Christmas tree's. Yep ,we got 2 of them in there
