Since I have a vivid imagination, I see a speedster in the making...or, yes the extended cab pickup...maybe with a short bed.

That's a great start on an extended cab pickup and you wouldn't have to feel bad about cutting up a coupe to build it.

I see parts there that would go a long way towards fixing mine, Barett's and several other guy's Model A's on here. The radiator shell and headlights look pretty savable. The idea of turning it into an extended cab truck isn't all that bad either. There might even be enough of the frame left to get the vin off.
I think everyone is nuts to only see parts. I'd buy it with the intent of building it. If the price was right, I'd grab it and search for some coupe quarter panels-they do surface occasionally. Brookville has a deck lid and tail panel, etc. Plus; is that it has garnish and most of the roof looks pretty straight. Doors will save. Cowl looks great. I'd sell off the seat, grille shell and other stock Model A parts (supension, etc.) to help fund the build. Stock or hammered, I'd be aiming at a Brian Bass style coupe..
