Starwalker, I believe the car on the right is a 1936 Plymouth, or other make, so the time frame would be a little later. Of course I could be wrong.

 

That actually could be December of 1934 as that is a brand new 1935 Plymouth on the right.

 

Definitely electric, possibly Columbia.
