im building a 392 hemi,need a camshaft-what would you recommend ?? its a 060 overbore ,cast pistons -10-1,probably use a set of "hot heads aluminum heads" single4 barrel hh alum. imtake ,magneto w-hei internals in an anglia on the street ,with a 5 speed trans,kinda confused on what to use ? hyd. solid ,roller ,lift duration whos lifters to use ?did read some articles about china lifters ! need some info right away ,need to get something ordered this week ! kinda thought id try -bob walkers stuff -hot heads ? had some problem w/comp cams -soft cam cores awhile back -still no refund {460 ford stuff }thanks guys

I have a Comp Cams 235/235 @ .050 in a stick car and its not that radical. Will probably go up to a bigger cam soon. (edit) not that radical to me anyway. It does have some lope.
Hydraulic would be easiest to maintain, adjusting valves on an early Hemi W/adjustable pushrods is not easy. You might want to a search on here about the magneto HEI, lot of problems with the unit. Ago

What's your compression, rear gear and tire diamter? Then what is the power ban you are experiencing?
