I'm still in.

Edit: I have down loaded the menu and already made my selections. Also. There's a location in Rice Village, in Houston. I've driven by and never stopped because the line is down the block. Seriously, down the block. So, be aware these are VERY popular places to eat. The televised Taco War didn't help.

 

I started a thread for this but it must have been in the wrong area-it got deleted.

I thought this might be a cool place to meet up. Come on who don't like a battleship. Plus I think they are going to fire one of the big guns.

It's the 100th anniversary of the battleship Texas. It's on March 15th.

That's correct as far as I know....

 

Conroe swap meet is next weekend. Feb 14-16th. Great Valentines day gifts!!

I'm glad this popped back to the top. I was about ready to make plans for Saturday. I'm still in, just forgetful. Dress warm.

I can't make it because I've got family in town this weekend. My shop is only a few blocks from Torchy's so I could host a future meet-up if anyone is interested since the heights seem to be centrally located for everyone.

 

I don't have a HAMB car just yet, but live nearby so I'll try to drop by and maybe meet a few of you. Who doesn't love tacos anyway?

 

No problem.....I don't have one that's on the road yet but I'll be there. Well....actually I do but I don't trust it enough yet to drive it that far...

 

Haha yea my hamb approved is in the works and it's a bit chilly to take the dune buggy plus I have to go to a funeral so I'll be the fat bearded guy in slacks drooling over tacos and cars.9

street parking (which would look pretty cool since the street is very 1920-30s looking still) and there are some surface lots nearby.

Sorry some of you couldn't make it, breakfast was good. Nice turnout.

 

Torchy's Taco, had a good breakfast, parking on the street and a small lot in rear.
This needs to be on the Houston HAMBers list of breakfast places, good food & location. Was good to see and meet some new Houston HAMBers, was a great turnout. Hope to do this again next month.
