Saw this over the weekend along with a few others.

Kreep......we have one also - in the factory sea foam green color - in the area.....the owner thinks it's a gold though....

 

Beyond sitting and rotting .....

I posted a thread about these but it got pulled for being O/T. At least a couple of these cars look '50s or '60s for sure, especially the two white ones on the left - smaller one could be a Rambler or Falcon wagon; the larger one may be a late '50s Ford or early '60s GM convertible:

They're in the Mojave Desert at 35.134258 N 115.209585 W, about 1/2 mile from the nearest road.

 

^^^^^there some trim left on that Poncho convert.....

i think its a 59 mercury, unless ur talking about the satellite photos

 

Merc-O.....thinks your right.....I was thinking 59-60-61 Pont.....still looks like a convert trim across the back -what you say?....rare for a Merc as well...

 

That looks Merc to me , definite vert. those are snaps for the parade boot. Jack

I did not know they had to be traditional hotrods to be sitting and rotting.

 

They certainly have not been, any old carc*** has made it before, I say keep it that way!

 

didn't the slant four first show up in the Scouts about 1963 ?

 

As long as they are 1965 and older who cares what it is! That thing looks 60's to me!
