Rear end welded up! Strings out great! Yippee! Will need to box up rest of frame, and weld in a new x-member. Will order rear ladder bars and weld in motor mounts next... Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!

Yessir! Will cut the stock in one go for each joint, to include any gussets as you stated very early on! Checked out your vid, very cool man! Hopefully you'll get to the knock sooner rather than later... Also on the sanding, it really is a labor of love! I had 4 straight weeks in that orange chopper! Quick question: I can't remember for the life of me the company that sells the angled blocks in 1 deg increments to set pinion angle for the rear end?? They also sell the weldable u joint pads... Test fitting rear end... Since I used a 42-48 rear end and ditched the 9" there are clearance issues... I will have to fabricate a bracket that pushes the rear end aft... Will also ditch the rear bones for the ladder bar set up. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
