Just looking at the truck it seems to me it would look better if it were sectioned vertically to make the cab longer. Extended cab short bed? Likely an expensive mod though.

Thanks. Not that I don't have imagination, or the ability to see what I want, but that extra pair of eyes and point of view is the reason this board is so great, and makes my work a little better. I appreciate the input, and the compliment.

  5. It got lowered somehow and the 22" semi truck rims loose their scale.

The first image, with the original wheels, looks better than the Alcoas. But, I didn't keep the original Daytons on my Diamond T, so what do i know…

Would someone please give this a touch of Washington Blue? (Frame, body, and grill shell). I'd like a black interior and black suspension, too. Thank you very much in advance. I'm on the fence between Washington Blue, Kewanee Green, and Windsor Maroon...

    Again, thank you in advance.

  11. Actually it's not lowered at all but has it's original stance and as far as the wheels are concerned...They are the exact same diameter as the stock ones and are what the OP asked to see.

  12. Maybe it's the shadow line underneath it that makes it look that way- lowered?
Or the Sasquatch behind the trailer?

I know he asked for them, I was just expressing an opinion that the original 20's looked better to my eye. It's cool either way, and the sasquatch behind the tree likes the Alcoas, so everybody has an opinion. :D

    Very cool Photoshop, Ruben.
But flatbeds always look like something is missing in back.
How about adding a hot tub made from an inverted bathtub Nash? :D

On another forum, a red and rusty 1957 Plymouth business coupe came up for sale. This is the cheapo model with a basic shelf where the back seat would go and fixed rear windows. They're incredibly rare:

    1957 Plaza 2-door business sedan : 2,874 built
    1958 Plaza 2-door business sedan : 1,472 built
    1959 Savoy 2-door business sedan : 1,051 built

Anyway, I thought it was a neat car and my mind got to wandering. What if the super stock craze had started in the late '50s instead of the early '60s? Take Mopar's lightest, cheapest car and drop in a dual-quad '57 390hp 392, TorqueFlite, 4.88 gears, and not much else. Keep the hood flat and just a few minimal tip-offs that it's a hot car. I think it's cool.

Hey all, can someone give me help with his roadster. I'm looking to put either some chrome smoothies with the wide whites or some radirs or supremes. Feedback appreciated as well. Thanks in Advance!

  30. I do too. Probably would have used the heavy-duty three-speed instead of the TF. I can also imagine 318 poly and 383 versions for the lower classes.
