It's looking great. All of those little details make for a timewarp. Now it will really surprise people when they see it pull the wheels on a run, kind of like Dr Jeckel Mr Hyde.

  5. 8 track whats that :roll eyes: we called that go fast music crank the music up and the windows down and go like hell on a warm summer night.

Quain: looks great probably took you a hole five mins. to that firewall. L.O.L. The car looks sweet can't wait to see it in person. Looks like the 56 made it back to your shop.

The polished Mag has a gold tent that you can only get with mag. The dark look is possible to get with paint so it's easy to fake. There are a lot of cars with the painted dark look that are not real mag I have did it myself. There is no mistaking the gold mag look if it's polished the only problem is keeping them that way.

Thank's for all the input on the name. I think I'm going to keep the same name but I still don't think the Executioner fit's the paint. Just thinking out loud what about something like MR FREEZE or something like that. I don't wont to do anything about lace because if I ever get rid of the lace I don't want to go through this again. I'm also an amateur magician so I thought about Magical (google magical some cool stuff) My first pro mod car was Grand Illusion but I afraid that don't sound 60s. The lettering guy is coming Wednesday so it's crunch time.

  21. Mr Freeze sounds good. Fits the blue/white paint 60's character on bat man.

As long as the style of lettering complements the name you choose, it'll be good. Just tell him to make sure it's legible from the bleachers. That's not as easy as it sounds. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

It's going to be real gold leaf. Charlie is a 60s guy so it will look 60s. I know what you mean about reading it from the bleachers I see a lot of cars that from the bleachers it looks like someone just through paint down the side of the car.
