Event Coverage Milwaukee Area Peeps....SLOTS OF DOOM 6!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by PBRmeASAP, Feb 12, 2014.

  1. Yes you heard it right, the SLOTS OF DOOM is back!
Ten lousy bucks gets ya in the door and a rent-a-wreck for 2 hours of smashin and crashin fun.
This is a kid friendly event as we flip flop adults and kids for running time so bring your kid and watch them kick you ass!
After they kick us out of the track we'll head down to the tavern a block away to drown our sorrows away, make up lies how good we ran, hell maybe even talk about real cars!

  19. Last year i ran a 4 port on a blown SBC, made so much power i blew the blower off. Stepping it down a tad this year, BBC with 6x2's, quietly stuffed under the hood....

first on the list is this wild little bucket, it has a full blown 427 BBC and open headers.... hopefully i can keep the blower on the motor and not have the same problem S.F. Jeff had last year.... DO NOT let the pics fool you boys....this old street racer is beat up! but i think she can still hold her own on the straight away's

the old yellow racer is my trusty back up, lets face it one crash and that bucket if F**Ked!

The grandstand track and the oval are the old tracks from the lower level of Cudahy news and hobby correct? If they are I used to race the little yellow car on that oval track every week when I was younger

I didn't know you had experience! We might be in trouble...

I don't know the origin of the tracks, but the Grandstand has been well maintained, and features digital scoring. Nice setup!
