Well...if anyone is interested, I'm selling our mid-'60's Aladdin camper we got last year.

nice little rig, cute layout, in fairly good condition. Located in Southern Oregon.

    PM me if you're interested.

(I scored a great MH for a trade project that I couldn't pass up!!)

Yeah Chuck,It's about as bad as the exterior,,it ain't pretty but it's the style I was looking for and to be perfectly honest the early Shasta/s are few and far between on the right coast.

A full restoration is in the future,I'm looking forward to getting started.

I guess it will be a while before we go camping,,I've been following your Shasta restoration. HRP

Lots of work there HRP. It really doesn't matter about the condition, because virtually ALL of these 60 year old babies need a full rebuild. There's always rotten framing and a spongy floor.
We're closing in on the end of our project and realize it wouldn't have been that much more work to just build a new one from ground up!
Shastas are like flies on crap up here. There's 3 I know of within a mile and a half radius .
They all need full rebuilds too!

I just pulled this home today, I think some people got whiplash turning their heads to stare at it going down the highway!

    Cheers!

You needed a trailer? Theres enough room in a Checker for a kitchen, full bath and a poolhall.

As strange as it may seem Nash Airliner offered sleeping accommodations with their car. HRP

I've been stuck on jobs for days at a time and often wished my crew cab or sport cab (I usually had one or the other) pick up had seats like that.

    Thanks for posting those adds,cool.
I got a Lincon Mark4 from my Aunt long ago an the front seat was broken,so had to take it out anyway to fix it,when I had it out I modafide the frontseat back brackets so by pulling a eyepin out I could lay it down inyo a really big bed. We used it for a few years camping too.

I experienced this with my 1967 dodge A 100 van.

Remember the old bumper sticker "If this vans rockin' don't come knockin''? [IMG] HRP

I saw a sixties era van that was all jacked up in the back with fat meats and a wild Peter Max style bright colored paint job. It had a sticker on the back that read:

DON'T LAUGH, YOUR DAUGHTER MAY BE IN HERE

I had that bumper sticker on my '53 Cadillac hearse.

I need to post my current small RV collection. I'll shoot pics this weekend...
